We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our website other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given through our enquiry form. Anonymous information is collected via Google Analytics such as number of visitors and time spent on our website.

Your information will be used to contact you, the licence holder, with further details of system updates, current promotions, activities and events. We may also use this information for research purposes. You can inform us at any time if you no longer wish to receive no more information from us.

Third Party Disclosure

We will never knowingly pass on any personal information to any third party without your consent. For example, we will disclose relevant information to your payment gateway provider in order for them to process and deal with any payments relating to a Customer booking. We will also disclose personal data if we are under a duty or are required by law or a regulation to disclose or share your personal data.  

Data Security

We take all appropriate measures to safeguard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use. Our database is stored in a secure, password protected location and only authorised users can access this data. Our website and software is compliant with PCI DSS accreditation.

You agree that we act as your Data Processor in respect of any personal data relating to the Customer. We will only use the personal data that is provided to us by you or by the Customer for the purposes of providing our Services, for generating our own internal anonymous reports or for publishing aggregate data in order to provide statistics (in which you, your business and your customers cannot be identified). Such aggregate data may also be supplied to selected third parties. We will not share or use the personal data provided by you or by the Customer for any other purposes, unless you or the Customer specifically gives us authorisation to do so.

Your Responsibility

You, the licence holder, are responsible for the security of your own Staff ID and passwords. Please make sure you store such information in a safe place and do not share them with others. Always remember to log out after your session ends to ensure that others cannot access your personal information.
