Anytime Booking is a smart web-based booking and management system designed for campsites, holiday parks and self-catering accommodation (www.anytimebooking.co.uk). We help over 250 holiday businesses around the UK to process their bookings online. 

The Role:
We are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to join a very busy SaaS (software as a service) environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records for all transactions, filing, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and readjusting customer licence fees where necessary. If you have a background in finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively. As the business grows, there will be scope to take on more hours.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create and update spreadsheets where necessary
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Review and process licence fee adjustments
  • Prepare budgets
  • Maintain reports on financial metrics
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Help manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Participate in payroll processes
  • Assist in reporting on financial projections (e.g. cash flow)
  • Fulfill Director administrative requests

The candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator,Finance Assistant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, like Xero
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organization skills

Customer Support - Onboarding & HelpDesk (Full Time)

Full time: Core hours 9:00am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri

The role & key objective:

  • We are seeking a client-facing Customer Service executive to join our team in managing the customer journey from prospecting stage through to onboarding, configuration and go-live, whilst helping the wider team deal with all aspects of customer support.

Role responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the client relationship and the day to day management of that relationship
  • Project manage seamless and timely onboarding of clients, helping clients navigate and configure our booking and management software to suit their business needs
  • Integration of best practice and achieve go-live deadlines
  • Train end users how to best utilise the application’s features and optimise performance
  • Look for opportunities to upsell additional services or functionalities to further enhance the client’s offering to their customers
  • Follow standard helpdesk procedures
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, both pre- and post-sale
  • Advise customers on appropriate action to their enquiries or technical issues
  • Research questions using available resources, eg. the Anytime Booking Knowledgebase
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Log all interactions on our CRM system, track and route requests and document resolutions
  • Inform client of product feature enhancements and train them how to use any new functionality
  • Continuously demonstrate and communicate our value and ROI to client
  • Gather feedback from the client and share with the wider team to drive new features
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates, including updating the Knowledgebase
  • Prepare activity reports for the Directors

  • Experience in a client-focused role working in a fast-paced, results-orientated sales environment in the technology or software sector is desirable
  • Previous B2B experience with an understanding of the challenges that companies and clients face on a daily basis would be advantageous
