Issue discounts and special offers using a code or automatically apply them

If you want to manipulate your pricing to give your guests a special offer you can apply a discount behind the scenes. There are various types of discount available for your use in Anytime. You can give your guests a special fixed price, percentage reduction, or use a formula such as three days for the price of four.

The discount feature doesn’t stop there. You can apply a discount to the base cost of the holiday, the party member tariff, or both. You can restrict a discount to apply to a certain length of stay or number of party members, or apply a discount once a customer has stayed more than three times. You can also set a discount to automatically apply or it can be driven by the customer manually entering a code. Discounts are fully reportable.
