Guests can login and pay any balance

Customers who have already registered with you can access their online account with their username and password at a time that suits them, any time of day and night, taking the workload off you. In their customer login area area, they can change their personal details, check their booking status and pay holiday balances online without having to contact you via the telephone or email, saving you valuable time. If anyone forgets their portal password they can reset it themselves.

The automated emails sent by the system will remind your customers that their balance is due and provide them with a link to their account area to pay balances online.
