Quickly generate arrivals and departure reports to keep your reception team informed
Your arrivals
The arrivals report is easily printable from the dashboard, or you can generate an arrivals report including some additional information, like specific add-ons or customer information like their mobile number. Generating a report is great if you’re passing it onto someone else, such as leaving a copy at reception to hand over to the night warden.
Set extras (add-ons) to show in all your reports to always keep an eye on who has ordered electrical hook-up or welcome hampers, or who is bringing a dog with them on site.
Your departures
The departure report is very similar to the arrivals report however it will filter the results of your query depending on the dates of departure rather than arrival.
