Our pricing is straight-forward. Use the calculator opposite to see what your monthly licence fee would be if you join us. 

We charge (per month):  

£20 for the Property Management System, plus: 
£1 per pitch
£2 per static caravan/glamping structure
£3 per holiday property

Optional extras to supercharge your business

Property Agency Module

Set commission charge, create owner statements, track property deductions, allow owner access and much more.

Price: £10 per month

Channel Management

We can connect you to a variety of OTAs (online travel agents) to increase your exposure on the web and increase your bookings. 

Price: £10 per month for unlimited channels.

E-mail Marketing

Keep your guests up to date with your news and special offers. 

Price: One-off newsletters are £10 per campaign + 2p per email
           Monthly packages available starting from £20.40 per month 

Text Messaging

Automate helpful messages to your guests pre-stay, during their stay, or after departure.

Price: 50 free credits, then 7p + VAT per credit bought in multiples of 100.

Set Up Fee

£350 to include:

Styling of your Customer-Facing Booking Form & Customer Login Area and a custom URL for your booking page

We’ll provide you with a mobile-friendly, customer-facing booking form and customer login area, styled to look the same as your company website. Our developers will style the pages to maximise your brand visibility from the start to finish off your customers’ booking journey with you, building greater sales conversion and repeat business.

1-1 training as you get set up, either in our offices or remotely

We’ll provide you with enough 1-1 training to become an expert on using the system as you get ready to ‘go live’, even if you find technology challenging. We’ll teach you how to adjust your own account and emails so you can enjoy all the flexibility and control Anytime Booking offers.

Help with the initial configuration of your account

If your setup is particularly complex, we’ll offer to perform the initial work on the configuration of your account to help you get it right first time.

A month of extra support by the onboarding team once you’ve gone live

We’ll continue to offer you close support through the first month of using your account to make sure the transition to your new booking system goes smoothly. After this, you can tap into our expert help desk support.

Unlimited telephone and email support

We will always offer you as much support as you need, whether by phone during office hours or round the clock by email or in-app.

*If you sign up for an account after a walk-through, we offer a 2-week ‘mull-over’ period before the set-up fee becomes payable.

The accommodation I have is:

Open ground spaces like grass and hardstanding pitches
Semi permanent accommodation like pods, yurts and beach huts
Holiday cottages, whole homes and apartments

Do you run a small CL site or CS site?

We already support many CL sites (The Caravan Club Certificated Locations) and CS sites (The Caravan Club Certificated Sites) by powering their bookings through their websites and giving them the tools to manage their admin.

We charge CLs and CSs with no more than five pitches the special rate of £10 per month + VAT. 

There is no set-up fee for CLs and CSs, as you can simply upload your logo and contact details to our standard, unstyled booking forms and set up your own account under our guidance, including generating a Book Now button or Single Calendar for your website.
