How does your pricing compare with other online booking providers?
We like to spell out how you are spending your money.
We charge a small set-up fee initially to get you fully versed with the system, customised, branded and up and running. Thereafter you pay a monthly licence fee based on the number of bookable units you have, whether pitches, pods, properties, activities or berths.
Some other online booking providers charge in bands (eg. 5 units, 25 units and 50+ units or silver, gold and platinum), and that’s how we started out. In 2016 we introduced per unit pricing to keep things fair and square according to the size of your business. This stops the scenario where you might be paying double the licence fee to the business next door just because you have a handful more pitches or properties than them.
While some might say they don’t charge set-up fees, they recoup the cost of their time in their licence price banding instead.
